MuleSoft, the industry-leading Integration and API management platform, is seeking an experienced Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to build the next generation of the MuleSoft platform. This role involves extending MuleSoft’s integration capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging Agentforce, Tableau, and Slack. You will collaborate closely with product managers across MuleSoft and Salesforce to deliver cohesive and seamless integration experiences, driving design, development, and delivery of native Salesforce integrations.
Must have:
  • Drive the design, development, and delivery of MuleSoft integrations natively within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer support.
  • Engage directly with sales and customer support teams to deeply understand customer challenges.
  • Develop comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
  • Strategically contribute to the broader Integration 360 vision.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitive products, and customer feedback.
  • 5-10 years of experience in product management, specifically focused on integration technologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), or related technical products.
  • Strong technical proficiency with proven experience collaborating closely with engineers and architects.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment and collaboration across multiple product teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Good to have:
  • Direct experience with MuleSoft Anypoint platform or other integration and API management platforms (e.g., Apigee, Boomi).
  • Familiarity with API management best practices, Mule SDLC processes, and integration design principles.
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS environments, CRM platforms, and data integration strategies.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to build the next generation of the MuleSoft platform – extending MuleSoft’s MuleSoft’s integration capabilities with the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging Agentforce, Tableau, and Slack to enhance our industry leading experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers across MuleSoft and Salesforce to deliver cohesive and seamless integration experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the design, development, and delivery of MuleSoft integrations natively within Salesforce – leveraging Agentforce, Tableau, and Slack to extend MuleSoft’s capabilities seamlessly across Salesforce’s ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer support to deliver cohesive and intuitive integration experiences.
  • Engage directly with sales and customer support teams to deeply understand customer challenges related to MuleSoft integrations and translate these insights into impactful product improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and prototypes to effectively guide engineering teams toward successful outcomes.
  • Strategically contribute to the broader Integration 360 vision, ensuring alignment and cohesive product strategies across Salesforce’s diverse product lines.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to ensure MuleSoft remains the leader in integration and API management.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in product management, specifically focused on integration technologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), or related technical products.
  • Strong technical proficiency with proven experience collaborating closely with engineers and architects.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate complex integration strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment and collaboration across multiple product teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Desired Skills and Experience
