Job Description

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (Web3) at OKX, you will collaborate with the Web3 product team to plan, package, and promote the launch of new products and features. You will monitor market trends and devise marketing strategies. You will also demonstrate an understanding of on-chain user journey and active channels to be able to excel in growth-oriented integrated marketing strategies. Additionally, you will pay close attention to user feedback and translate insights into product enhancements and growth initiatives. Overall you should have strong data analysis skills to uncover growth opportunities through data mining.

Must have:

3+ years of relevant marketing strategy experience.
Strong understanding of Web3 industry.
Results-oriented with ability to perform under pressure.
Quick learner, adapting to current trends.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborate with the Web3 product team to plan, package, and promote the launch of new products and features.
Monitor market trends and, in conjunction with product characteristics, proactively devise marketing strategies that capitalize on trending topics.
Demonstrate an understanding of on-chain user journey and active channels, excelling in growth-oriented integrated marketing strategies.
Exhibit strong data analysis skills to uncover growth opportunities through data mining.
Pay close attention to user feedback and effectively translate insights into product enhancements and growth initiatives.

What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy.
Strong understanding of the Web3 industry, including user behaviour and engagement strategies.
Results-oriented with a strong drive and the ability to perform under pressure.
Quick learner, capable of rapidly adapting to and understanding current trends.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin for international collaboration.
