Job Description

The Senior Product Sales role involves defining and controlling the implementation of business policy, pricing strategy, and product/modality sales within the region. The role involves collaborating with Account Managers (AMs) and Sales Specialists to inform customers about technological innovations, manage customer inquiries, and support sales targets. Key responsibilities include assisting with customer presentations, understanding competitive positioning, and supporting tender strategies. The role also involves supporting Account Managers and District Managers to achieve business goals including balanced selling and validating product forecasts.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-medical Engineering or Medical Imaging.
  • Experience in hospital or healthcare industry, MR background is preferred.
  • Knowledge of competitor’s product and technology.
  • Good presentation, selling and communication skills.

Job Description

Your role:
 

  • Participate in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region, according to established guidelines
  • Work together with AMs, Sales Specialist informs and recommend customers the latest technological innovations developed and its associated configurations, including the possible upgrades of the installed base, attending the complaints and inquiries made, in order to obtain a higher level of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieve the sales targets.
  • Assist AMs with customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition. Understand and address competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product / modality, and supports where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotation
  • Support the Account managers and District Managers in achievement of business goals including balanced selling and BG/BIU AOP attainment and validating product forecasts.

  • Experience in hospital or healthcare industry, MR background is a strong preference

  • Good presentation, selling and communication skills
