Job Description

As a Business Development Professional at Epsilon, you’ll drive digital marketing success for clients across various industries. Your focus will be on identifying, developing, and closing performance-focused business opportunities. You will establish strategic relationships with key decision-makers like Marketing, E-commerce, and Trade Marketing Directors, understand client needs, and deliver tailored digital marketing solutions that maximize ROI and achieve commercial objectives.
Must have:
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales or business development, particularly in programmatic, ad sales, performance-focused digital marketing.
  • Expertise in working with Marketing, E-commerce, and Trade Marketing Directors or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of consultative selling and closing deals at senior executive levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and performance metrics (ROI, CPC, CPA, etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to implementation.
  • Proficient in English for business discussions and correspondence at an high level.
Good to have:
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, ad-tech tools (DMP, DSP, data onboarding), and attribution solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade high-level decision-makers.
  • A strong professional network within the marketing and media landscape.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for leveraging data-driven insights to shape impactful client strategies.

Your focus will be on identifying, developing, and closing performance-focused business opportunities. Working directly with brands and key decision-makers—including Marketing, E-commerce, and Trade Marketing Directors—you will establish strategic relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored digital marketing solutions that maximize ROI and achieve commercial objectives.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across diverse industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers like Marketing, E-commerce, and Trade Marketing Directors.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to expand the client base.
  • Understand clients’ performance marketing needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Present commercial proposals, negotiate, and successfully close deals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to project implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with client goals and requirements.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and digital marketing technologies to optimize client strategies.
