Senior Project Manager

Bragg Gaming Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our newly established Project Management Office (PMO) — the engine behind our strategic execution and company-wide initiatives.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading key projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to scope. Your contributions will be vital in driving our strategic initiatives and supporting business growth. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact, work closely with senior stakeholders, and help shape the future of Bragg in an international,  fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This role offers hybrid working in our Ljubljana office. 

Your key tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead and manage key projects within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring successful execution and completion.
• Provide leadership and strategic oversight to assigned projects, ensuring clear alignment with Bragg's overall strategic goals and maximizing business impact.
• Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and issues, implementing effective strategies to protect business outcomes.
• Collaborate with functional managers to ensure optimal allocation of human, financial, and technological assets across your projects.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized project methodologies, processes, and tools within the PMO, driving efficiency and quality across all initiatives.
• Establish clear mechanisms to track, measure, and report on project progress, performance, and the actual benefits delivered to leadership.
• Ensure projects adhere to standardized best practices, fostering enhanced accountability and transparency in project execution.

What you bring to the team:

• We are looking for a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Proven experience (5+ years) managing complex and large-scale projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic oversight and leadership in a project delivery context.
• Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and departments in a global organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English and Slovene.

• Experience in the gambling/iGaming industry.
