Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including stakeholder engagement, managing all project phases (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor and Control, Closing), and acting as a single point of contact for assigned projects. This role involves reporting project status, managing revenue forecasts, measuring delivery quality, and contributing to project management methodology improvements within the broader PM community.
Must have:
  • End-to-end management of a project or program of projects
  • Stakeholder (internal and external) Management
  • Manage all phases of project – Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor and Control and Closing
  • Being the single point of contact for assigned projects and represent NICE or Business Unit
  • Report on Status of project to internal and external stakeholders accurately on agreed frequency
  • Manage project related revenue and revenue forecast
  • Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery
  • Proactively provide feedback on lessons learned and suggestions for future improvements
  • Contribute to project management methodology improvements
  • Be part of the broader PM community to participate, contribute, learn, and collaborate
Good to have:
  • PMP Certification
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in systems engineering and related fields

Job Description

The Project Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all the following:

  • End-to-end management of a project or program of projects including:
  • Stakeholder (internal and external) Management
  • Manage all phases of project – Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor and Control and Closing
  • Being the single point of contact for assigned projects and represent NICE or Business Unit in internal and external /customer forums by providing effective communication. Act as a trusted adviser for assigned clients and assist with the development of roadmaps and other long rang plans for leveraging the solution and maximizing the ROI.
  • Report on Status of project to internal and external stakeholders accurately on agreed frequency
  • Manage project related revenue and revenue forecast. Keep management systems updated to reflect revenue forecasting.
  • Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery. Proactively provide feedback on lessons learned and suggestions for future improvements. Contribute to project management methodology improvements. Provide assessment of project results.
  • Be part of the broader PM community to participate, contribute, learn, and collaborate to increase efficiency of Project Management at NICE

Qualifications

  • Proficient communication skills in English (B2 or higher)
  • 5+ Years of current proven experience as a PM leading team and manage people in a matrix environment. Experience with international clients is required.
  • Experience working as a project manager for a consulting or software organization or similar delivering solutions to external clients.
  • Experience managing the full software SDLC as a project manager, including discovery, design and development of custom solutions.
  • Proven Ability to manage large and simultaneity projects.
  • Proven experience managing IT, Telephony, Software projects.
  • Proven Ability to form strong customer relationships.
  • Revenue forecast management.
  • Budget management.
  • PMP Certification desirable
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in systems engineering and related fields
