Dungarvin is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP)/Caregivers for a virtual hiring event on August 28th. This full-time role involves assisting individuals with disabilities in residential and supported living programs, focusing on increasing their independence through coaching, supervision, and life skills role-modeling. Responsibilities may include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, and personal care. No prior experience is required, as paid training is provided. WHAT: Same-day hiring event for Direct Support Professionals across all shifts!

WHEN: Thursday, August 28th from 12pm-4pm PST

WHERE: Virtual Interviews (Join from your computer or smartphone)

PROCESS: Complete the assessment, schedule your same-day interview, and kick off your onboarding!

Job Description

What You Get To Do:

We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities, and behavioral or medical complexities in our residential and supported living programs!

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with the person served to provide coaching, supervision, and role-modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, and/or assistance with personal cares.

No Experience? If you meet the basic job requirements, we will provide the necessary paid training and hands-on experience

Qualifications

What We Look For:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Preferred: experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • Valid Driver's License and consistent access to a vehicle is required
