This Senior Sales Development Representative role focuses on expanding Stord's global reach by connecting with EU-based brands for U.S. expansion or improved EU fulfillment, introducing them to Stord’s cross-border logistics solutions.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with Sales engagement and prospecting platforms (Clay, Outreach, Salesloft, Unify).
  • Fluency in another European language (French, German, Dutch or Italian).
  • Background/experience in SaaS or supply chain / logistics technology.
  • Prior experience selling to or working with EU-based ecommerce brands.
Must Have:
  • Generate qualified leads for EU-based brands seeking U.S. expansion or improved EU fulfillment.
  • Partner with Global Sales and Marketing to localize outreach and messaging for European markets.
  • Identify strategic opportunities in high-growth DTC and omnichannel sectors.
  • Drive outbound campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-border strategy and AE handoff.
  • 1-2 years experience in sales and/or business development.
  • Strong interest in international commerce, fulfillment, and brand expansion.
  • Understanding of cross-border logistics challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills across cultural and time-zone differences.
  • Proven ability to manage outreach campaigns and meet pipeline targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to adapt and execute new sales and qualification strategies.
  • Ability to create leads and opportunities from individual prospecting efforts.
  • Comfort with deep collaborative environment and self-starter mentality.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re expanding our reach globally and seeking a Sales Development Representative to focus on European brands either:

  • Expanding into the U.S. and North American markets
  • Seeking best in class fulfillment partnerships within the EU

This role will be at the forefront of Stord’s international growth, connecting with EU-based brands and introducing them to Stord’s cross-border fulfillment, technology, and logistics solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate qualified leads for EU-based brands seeing U.S. expansion or improved EU fulfillment
  • Partner with the Global Sales and Marketing team to localize outreach and messaging for European markets
  • Identify strategic opportunities in high-growth DTC and omnichannel sectors (beauty, health, apparel, lifestyle, CPG, etc..)
  • Drive outbound campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn and creative ways to connect with international operators, founders and logistics leaders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on cross-border strategy and handoff to AEs

What You’ll Need:

  • 1-2 years experience in sales and/or business development
  • Strong interest in international commerce, fulfillment and brand expansion
  • Understanding of or curiosity about cross-border logistics challenges
  • Excellent communication skills across cultural and time-zone differences
  • Proven ability to manage outreach campaigns and meet pipeline targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to adapt and execute new sales and qualification strategies
  • Ability to create leads and opportunities from individual prospecting efforts
  • Comfort with deep collaborative environment but with a self-starter, independent mentality
