Azerion is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Manager to join their Brazil team in São Paulo. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and managing strategic relationships with advertisers and agencies. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful advertising solutions, identify prospects, manage client relationships, prepare presentations, negotiate deals, and meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will also stay updated on industry trends and represent Azerion at events across Brazil.
Must Have
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for digital advertising.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and agency partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor landscape, and AdTech technologies.
- Represent Azerion at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings across Brazil.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in digital media sales or advertising.
- Strong network within media agencies and advertisers in Brazil.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Proactive team player with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset.

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing Brazil team in São Paulo. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and managing strategic relationships with advertisers and agencies. You will collaborate closely with internal marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver impactful advertising solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for Azerion’s digital advertising portfolio (programmatic, branded content, and video solutions).
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and agency partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client objectives.
- Negotiate and close deals ensuring alignment with company policies and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Ad Ops, Finance, and Product) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies in AdTech.
- Represent Azerion at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings across Brazil.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in digital media sales or advertising.
- Strong network within media agencies and advertisers in Brazil.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
