Job Summary
Insider, a B2B SaaS company specializing in AI-native Customer Experience and Marketing platforms, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager. The role involves driving growth for clients by offering a single platform for personalized experiences, profitable growth, and enhanced productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong hunter mindset, a proven track record in closing new business within the SaaS environment, and at least 3 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to mid and enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include managing client interactions throughout the sales cycle, identifying market shifts, communicating value propositions through proposals and presentations, supporting the Sales Development Representative team, and accurately forecasting sales revenue. The company is a woman-founded, woman-led B2B SaaS unicorn that has secured significant funding and is recognized as a leader in cross-channel campaign management and omnichannel marketing platforms.
Must Have
- Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue quota.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level.
- Ability to succeed working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and partner success teams.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

- Previous experience with eCommerce, retail, and banking industries.
- Knowledge of CRM software.

Job Description
- You will interact with clients at all stages of the sales cycle; from prospecting and acquiring clients, through demoing the platform, to negotiating and closing,
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status,
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations,
- Provide on-the-ground support for Sales Development Representative ( SDR) team to generate new qualified opportunities and pipelines through innovative outbound strategies,
- Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team,
- Accurate forecasting and maintaining an up-to-date pipeline at all times.
- have minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS,
- have knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
