Job Description

As a sales representative for pharmacy stores, you will be responsible for communicating with pharmacy managers and staff, promoting the company's products, and training them on product knowledge. Your primary goals include improving customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the effective execution of promotional activities. Responsibilities include promoting company products, training staff on product knowledge, executing promotional activities, managing product displays, gathering market feedback, supporting online distribution, and planning festive promotions. You will work under the guidance of a store sales supervisor.

  • Promote and sell company products to pharmacy staff.
  • Train pharmacy staff on product knowledge.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional activities.
  • Manage product displays in stores.
  • Collect market and customer feedback.

主要工作职责:

推广公司产品:与药店店长和店员沟通,推销公司的药品及保健品,提高销售业绩。培训产品知识:定期为店员进行产品知识培训,提高其对公司产品的了解与推荐能力。执行促销活动:协调并推动公司促销活动在门店的实施,确保促销方案得到有效执行。产品陈列管理:负责门店产品的合理陈列,确保品牌形象统一,并提升产品的可见性。市场反馈收集:定期收集市场及客户反馈,及时调整销售策略以满足客户需求。线上分销支持:协助门店在美团、饿了么、京东等O2O平台的产品分销及陈列,提升品牌的线上曝光率。节庆促销策划:参与节庆促销活动的策划与实施,推动销售业绩的提升。
