The Senior Scientific Advisor for the DeCPTR-Nuclear project is a part-time role providing expert guidance and strategic insights during the project's initial phases. This position is crucial for shaping foundational elements and ensuring long-term success, aligning with strategic objectives. The advisor will leverage extensive expertise in nuclear radiation science and deep understanding of the DeCPTR program to inform strategic decisions, develop program frameworks, optimize business rules and processes, guide operational procedure creation, and play a key role in project initiation and transition with risk assessments and KPI establishment. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, providing scientific expertise for project direction, and fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
