Job Description

This role involves close collaboration with product and platform teams to design and implement security solutions. You will train software engineers in vulnerability analysis, develop automated security tests, and maintain IT-security guidelines and tools. The position requires evangelizing secure web app product and cloud platform requirements, communicating security risks, and staying updated on the latest security technologies including AI. A key aspect is being an expert in web application security or cloud infrastructure security, with experience in application development using modern programming languages and frameworks. You should be an expert in security issues related to containers, distributed systems, and large-scale web applications, possessing strong communication skills for presenting complex interrelationships.

How you'll make an impact:

work closely with product and platform teams to design and implement security solutions
train software engineers in vulnerability analysis (static code analysis, known vulnerability analysis, tools) and support fixing issues of vulnerability analysis
develop procedures to automate security tests during code builds and deployments
develop and maintain a guideline for IT-security, security tests and security tools
evangelize secure web app product and cloud platform requirements
be in charge for the communication of security risks and solutions to platform & product teams
be an expert for the latest security topics and technologies including AI and seek to integrate them in our products

What you'll need:

focus on the area of web application security or cloud infrastructure security
experience in application development with modern programming and scripting languages and frameworks
expert for security issues associated with containers, distributed systems, and large-scale web applications
strong verbal and written communication skills and experienced in presenting complex interrelationships convincingly
give talks and workshops on security topics and host security events
