Job Description

The Administration Assistant supports the Platform Services business unit by completing various administrative tasks, both regular and ad hoc. This role involves managing complex invoice queries, payment issues, customer offboarding, and assisting with customer transitions between platform plans. The assistant will also monitor outstanding payments and provide excellent customer service, acting as a key interface with finance and customer support teams. High standards and swift resolution of tasks are expected.

Purpose of Position

Reporting into Internal Operations (

“IntOps”

) Team Leader, the Administration Assistant will complete a variety tasks (regular and ad hoc) to support the effective running of the Platform Services business unit.

Working alongside a team of other Administration Assistants, they will build up a reliable interface to the central finance departments, customer support and customer service teams. There is an expectation of swift resolution of tasks that are assigned, to the highest standards.

The Administration Assistant may be the last direct point of contact for many Platform Services customers, therefore they must provide excellent customer service, leaving a lasting good impression of Awin to pave for any future re-introduction.

Key Tasks

  • Administration of customer offboarding steps
  • Manage and resolve more complex invoice related queries & payment issues (including re-instatement of Direct Debit)
  • Assist with the seamless transitioning of customers between platform plans/service to self-service
  • Monitor outstanding payments and maintain minimal levels of bad debt.
  • Other tasks will include adhoc support such as helping with ASC audits, production of Look Books, helping update content assets etc.

  • Languages: English (fluently)
  • Prior customer support experience is an advantage
