Job Description

At Ringier Axel Springer, we are building the new heart of Onet Mail – the MailOS platform, which will serve millions of users in the public cloud.

This is not just a migration. It's a transformation of one of the largest email services in the region into a modern platform for daily services, based on a scalable, resilient cloud-native architecture.

We are looking for an engineer who:

• is not afraid of complex systems and billions of messages,
• can design solutions that always work – regardless of the load,
• wants to have a real impact on the shape of a product used by millions of Poles.

Your tasks

• Designing and implementing advanced cloud solutions based on AWS
• Creating cloud migration strategies and recommending architectural best practices
• Participating in end-to-end projects: from needs analysis, through design, to implementation and maintenance
• Influencing the overall architecture of systems – both new and existing
• Ensuring the security of implemented solutions – compliance with cloud security best practices, identification of risks and their minimization
• Collaborating with development, DevOps, and business teams

Our expectations

• Minimum 5 years of experience in working with cloud solutions, including practical knowledge of AWS
• Experience in designing system architecture and recommending technological solutions
• Experience in building scalable backend applications
• Knowledge of security principles in cloud environments (IAM, encryption, monitoring, compliance)
• Ability to work on projects – planning, implementing, and documenting solutions
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams
