Job Summary
Rackspace Technology is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Security Support Engineer to enhance the organization's security posture across hybrid infrastructure. This role involves hands-on experience with Qualys, CyberArk PAM, Trellix Endpoint Security, and Key Management Services (KMS). The engineer will ensure security compliance through continuous monitoring, access control enforcement, and endpoint protection, collaborating with infrastructure teams to promote secure operations throughout the IT environment. Must Have
- Experience with Qualys
- Experience with CyberArk PAM
- Experience with Trellix Endpoint Security
- Experience with Key Management Services (KMS)
- Hands-on security support experience
- Knowledge of hybrid infrastructure environments
Good to Have
- Security certifications (Security+, CEH, CyberArk, Qualys)
- Experience with log analysis and SIEM tools
- Exposure to infrastructure security in virtualized/cloud environments
- Familiarity with scripting/automation for reporting and remediation
- ITIL Foundation certification
