N-iX is seeking a Senior Software Developer in the AI Services to join their team. The role involves designing and implementing software solutions in Python and C# for AI and machine learning, conceptualizing scalable applications, and integrating AI models. The developer will also analyze and optimize AI application performance and contribute to development processes. The client is a market leader in vehicle claims processing, utilizing AI-based processes and automotive expertise.
Good To Have:

Must Have:
- Degree in IT, physics, mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in development with C# and Python
- Extensive experience in hosting AI models
- Basic understanding of machine learning and SQL
- Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and stay well-organized
- Good team player
- Experience with Python (NumPy, OpenCV, FastAPI)
- Experience with AWS ML services
- Experience with DevOps (GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, NVIDIA Triton)
- Experience with backend development (REST API, OpenAPI, Swagger)
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks
- Fluent in written and spoken English

About the project:
Our client is an established market leader, who has been processing over 18 million vehicle claims per year since 2002 with more than 1,000 employees worldwide. They combine AI-based processes and the latest technologies with the knowledge of our automotive experts.
What you can expect from us:
- Design and implement software solutions in Python and C# in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Conceptualize and test scalable applications and services that meet the requirements of our customers
- Work closely with Data Scientists and other Developers to seamlessly integrate AI models into existing systems
- Analyze and optimize the performance of our AI-Applications to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness
- Apply your expertise and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our development processes and methods
What we would like from you:
- Qualification: A degree in IT, physics, mathematics, or a related field, preferably complemented by a computer science degree, as well as three or more years of experience in development with C# and Python
- Experience & Know-how: Extensive experience in hosting AI models, as well as a basic understanding of machine learning and SQL
- Personality & Working method: Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and stay well-organized, good team player
- Technical skills: Experience with Python (NumPy, OpenCV, FastAPI) and AWS ML services, DevOps (GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, NVIDIA Triton), and backend development (REST API, OpenAPI, Swagger),
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English
