Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on building web experiences and big data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on building web experiences and big data pipelines.
• Experience with big data technologies and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka). 
• Demonstratable problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication and collaboration skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and services that enhance Bing’s search experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative features and improvements.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of web applications and data pipelines.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
