About the Role
Inspiren is on a mission to build a world where technology augments and empowers human care. As a Software Engineer on our Care team, you will be a key player in this mission. We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to help build, update, and maintain our ecosystem. Your expertise will drive innovation, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies, and you will deliver software that meets the highest standards of quality and performance throughout the entire lifecycle of all of Inspiren’s devices and platforms.
What You'll Own
- Collaboration: Partner with operations, sales, and product teams to understand business challenges and develop robust technical solutions.
- Technical Excellence: Develop, implement, and maintain our applications: web, mobile, and backend.
- Feature Development: Analyze software features for performance and make data-driven development decisions.
- Mentorship: Mentor and elevate other engineers on the team, particularly in the areas of front end design.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of frontend development experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with React, and understanding how it works under-the-hood.
- Experience building APIs and delivering features end-to-end.
- Experience writing integration tests.
- Expertise in frontend systems built in Typescript/React. Clean, readable, concise code.
- Experience implementing beautiful designs in an elegant way. Proactive and collaborative with product designers.
- Backend: Experience building modern APIs, preferably in Typescript.
- Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to address problems in real-world settings.
- A demonstrated ability to work in a team, with excellent skills-sharing capabilities.
- Strong communication skills both within engineering and to other teams in the company.
Details
- The annual salary for this role is $150,000-$180,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)
