Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain systems for PlayStation manufacturing. Must have 5+ years experience in manufacturing IT systems or hardware development. Experience with cloud services, container-based software, and relational databases is required.

■職務内容

PlayStationの製造に関わるシステムの設計・開発、および保守運用において、以下業務の実施をお任せします。

【具体的な職務内容】

・ステークホルダー（主にPlayStationの設計および製造担当）からのシステムに対する要求事項の分析およびシステム要件の定義

・インフラストラクチャおよびソフトウェアの設計・開発・実装・テストを外部パートナーと協調しながら、エンジニアとして開発をリード

・インフラストラクチャおよびソフトウェア設計開発の知見から、システム要件にフィードバックを与えることで、システム全体の効率化を実現

・システム運用保守管理

・外部パートナー管理

■求められるスキル・技術領域

【必須（MUST）】

以下、①または②のご経験者

①

・製造系ITシステムの設計/開発/保守運用経験もしくはハードウェアの設計開発経験（５年以上）

②：以下3つ全てのご経験

・クラウドサービスを利用した開発経験

・コンテナベースのソフトウェアの開発経験

・リレーショナルデータベースを利用した開発経験

【歓迎（WANT）】

・大規模プロジェクトのPM/PL経験（3年以上）

・高可用・高品質・セキュリティが重視されるインフラストラクチャの構築経験、ソフトウェアの開発経験

・スクラムマスターやアジャイルコーチの経験

・NoSQLを利用した開発経験

・Go/React/C++の経験

・PlayStationやゲームが好き

■求める人物像

・技術に興味を持ち、常に新しいプログラミング言語やIT技術を学習することに躊躇しない

・口頭でのコミュニケーションに限らず、ドキュメントやコードレビューなど様々な手段を通してチームと正確なコミュニケーションをとる能力がある

■語学力

・読み書き以上の英語力
