Job Summary
As a Sitecore Solution/Technical Architect, you will work with clients and colleagues on emerging markets globally. Your responsibilities include offering advisory and hands-on assistance in architecting, developing, troubleshooting, and leveraging Sitecore products. You will also establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers, taking ownership of technical interactions between customers and Sitecore. This role involves high-level strategic advisory, consultation, troubleshooting, project developments, and hands-on tasks such as building proof of concepts or configuration changes in Sitecore technologies. The role requires interacting with IT and marketing stakeholders, collaborating with other teams, and mentoring team members.

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Understanding of broader website architecture aspects.
Job Description
- Work directly with customers & partners to offer advisory and hands-on assistance in architecting, developing, troubleshooting and leveraging Sitecore products to align with their business outcomes.
- With in-depth knowledge of Sitecore products, your responsibilities include but not limited to high-level strategic advisory, consultation, troubleshooting, project developments and hands-on tasks (e.g. building proof of concepts or configuration changes) in Sitecore technologies.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers, taking ownership of the technical interactions between customers and Sitecore.
- Our customers range from medium to enterprise customers and work closely with IT and marketing stakeholders.
- Work closely with other teams and functions within Sitecore, such as Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to help customers achieve optimal value.
- Support, collaborate with and mentor team members on technical and business challenges.
- Extensive knowledge of Sitecore technologies, with expertise in one or more Sitecore products: XM/XP, XM Cloud, Content Hub, or CDP/Personalize.
- Strong background in consultancy and experience in client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Strong focus on driving business outcomes for both customers and Sitecore.
- Robust time management skills and ability to handle complex context switching situations.
- Passion for technologies and eagerness to learn with customer centric mindset.
- Familiarity with multiple products within Sitecore’s latest composable DXP stack.
- Sitecore developer and Azure certifications.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Headless technologies, such as React, Next.js, GraphQL and Node.js.
- Container technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as Azure or AWS.
- Understanding of broader website architecture aspects, including infrastructure, DevOps, and integrations.
