Scope of Work:

As a Senior Solutions Advisor, you will leverage your expertise to guide major clients in optimizing their operations using Blue Yonder solutions. You will lead complex projects, act as a mentor to junior advisors, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution implementation and client satisfaction.

Our Current Technical Environment:

· Software Solutions: Blue Yonder's suite of supply chain and retail solutions.

· Technologies: AI, machine learning, cloud-based platforms, IoT integrations.

· Tools: Advanced analytics, real-time data visualization, and business intelligence tools.

What You'll Do (Primary Responsibilities):

· Serve as a key advisor to high-profile clients, offering strategic insights and solution expertise.

· Lead cross-functional teams in the design, implementation, and optimization of Blue Yonder solutions.

· Conduct high-level training sessions and workshops, tailored to senior client executives.

· Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding Blue Yonder's footprint in existing and new accounts.

· Influence product development based on client feedback and market demands, collaborating with R&D teams.

· Mentor and support junior Solutions Advisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

What Are We Looking For (Qualifications):

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

· Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in advisory roles within the supply chain or retail sectors, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities and leadership.

· Skills: Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities; adept at translating complex business requirements into effective solutions.

· Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with senior client leadership.

· Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Blue Yonder solutions and their application in various industries.

· Personal Traits: Leadership qualities, proactive approach, and a strong commitment to client success.
