  • Identify deployment alternatives and propose optimized solutions for customers across various industries, including mobile networks, service providers, and enterprises.
  • Ensure technical compliance with security standards and policies (e.g., ISO 27001, CIS, NIST), and work with system architects to meet security requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to guide security policy implementation and compliance.
  • Automate and streamline post-sales processes to enhance customer experience and accelerate time to value.
  • Conduct testing, documentation, and pilot deliveries to ensure high-quality deployment results.

What You’ve Done:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Over 10 years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying network management tools and applications in large-scale networking and/or virtualized networking, applied to mobile networks, service providers, enterprise, or government cases.
  • Strong working knowledge of network and element management, as well as security, in mobile networks, service providers, enterprise, or government scenarios.
  • Deep understanding of security principles—confidentiality, integrity, and availability—and their application across various technologies.
  • Robust technical expertise in network protocols—TCP/IP, L2/L3, IPv4, IPv6, QoS/CoS, SDN, NFV, SNMP, NetFlow, etc.
  • CCNP in R&S, along with Security certification, is preferred; any Cloud Services Provider Certifications are a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and to collaborate effectively with virtual teams across different locations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing technical initiatives independently of formal authority.
  • Capability to handle high-pressure situations involving key stakeholders and executives.
  • Understanding of risks and related methods to recommend, implement, and apply suitable security controls.
  • Practical knowledge of cybersecurity/information security standards and policies such as ISO 27001/2002, CIS, NIST, among others.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus.

Who You Are:
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills who can work cross-functionally and lead without formal authority.
  • Highly analytical with a deep understanding of network security principles and compliance standards.
