Join our Team as a Senior Strategist at Havas Host!
Are you ready to lead accounts, manage day-to-day client relationships, and drive strategic thinking across key projects? Havas Host is on the lookout for a Senior Strategist to work across creative and multidisciplinary teams.
You will collaborate closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Strategy on high-level initiatives like annual planning while independently steering the strategic direction for various brands, including a tourism client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative social media strategies and content plans that integrate within larger campaign objectives.
  • Create social briefs that inspire creatives to develop outstanding social ideas.
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice on social best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing, and integrate them into strategy development.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in social strategy development, preferably within an advertising agency or digital marketing environment.
  • 3-5 years of experience working across social, brand, and PR.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), their features, and audience dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
