- Proactively build and manage high-volume candidate pipelines for global roles.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including requisition management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Conduct outreach activities through multiple channels to attract and engage qualified sales candidates.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend top-tier candidates for consideration.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with HR and business partners to improve recruitment processes.
- Use data and analytics to inform leadership and help make hiring decisions.
- 8+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
- A passion for hiring and relationship building with a focus on candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting key hiring metrics while maintaining a strong focus on candidate quality.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, managing multiple roles and pipelines efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to interpret hiring data and analytics to support informed recruitment decisions.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and strong sourcing skills.
- Confidence using Greenhouse, Naukri, and LinkedIn to identify and engage talent effectively.

You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, manage a high-volume candidate pipeline, and execute full-cycle recruiting processes to attract top talent. Your proactive approach and relationship-driven mindset will help shape a world-class candidate experience while driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders and hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
- Proactively build and manage high-volume candidate pipelines for global roles.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including requisition management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Conduct outreach activities through multiple channels to attract and engage qualified sales candidates.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend top-tier candidates for consideration.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

We are looking for you if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
- A passion for hiring and relationship building with a focus on candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting key hiring metrics while maintaining a strong focus on candidate quality
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, managing multiple roles and pipelines efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to interpret hiring data and analytics to support informed recruitment decisions
- Brings experience with applicant tracking systems and strong sourcing skills, with confidence using Greenhouse, Naukri, and LinkedIn to identify and engage talent effectively.
- Interest in using AI to strengthen recruiting strategy, enhance candidate experience, and streamline hiring workflows to support better talent decisions.
