Job Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Tech & Product, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for senior and highly technical IT roles in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and drive strategic hiring initiatives. You will use data and recruitment analytics to refine processes and provide actionable insights, act as a trusted advisor to leadership, continuously optimize recruitment workflows and implement industry best practices, lead recruitment projects, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. Requires fluency in both Spanish and English.
Must Have:
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in recruitment metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring junior recruiters.

Beyond managing end-to-end recruitment for complex and strategic roles, you will bring an analytical and consultative approach to continuously enhance our talent acquisition strategy

WHAT YOU'LL DO

\u25CF Own the full-cycle recruitment process for senior and highly technical IT roles in a
fast-paced, scaling company.
\u25CF Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deeply understand
business needs and drive strategic hiring initiatives.
\u25CF Leverage data and recruitment analytics to refine processes and provide actionable
insights.
\u25CF Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring an outstanding stakeholder
experience.
\u25CF Continuously optimize recruitment workflows and implement industry best practices.
\u25CF Lead recruitment projects, including company expansion and employer branding
initiatives.
\u25CF Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience, ensuring engagement at every
stage.

WHAT YOU BRING

\u25CF Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both
languages.
\u25CF A minimum of 5 years of proven experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally
in a fast-paced, high-growth environment..
\u25CF Strong analytical mindset, with expertise in recruitment metrics and data-driven
decision-making.
\u25CF Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
\u25CF Experience mentoring junior recruiters and fostering a collaborative team culture.
\u25CF Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset, with a passion for connecting
