Job Summary
Job Description
As a Senior Technical Designer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining various game features and systems. You'll collaborate with programmers and UX/UI designers to prototype and refine features based on shared design goals. You will also participate in playtests to assess and improve the quality and functionality of implemented features, while maintaining clear documentation. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to solve problems creatively.
Must have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in game development
- Strong scripting skills and technical know-how
- Experience designing and optimizing gameplay systems
- Proactive and detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in English
Good to have:
- Experience with the Enfusion engine, or modding the DayZ/Arma series

Job Details
As a Senior Technical Designer, you will contribute to a variety of gameplay and systems features, collaborating with multiple disciplines to deliver engaging player experiences. We value a strong technical background combined with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain diverse game features and systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally (especially with programming and UX/UI) to prototype, refine, and implement features based on shared design goals
- Participate in playtests to assess and iterate on the quality and functionality of implemented features
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation reflecting current design and technical details
- Write code in an object-oriented scripting language (C-like), supporting rapid prototyping and implementation
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in game development
- Strong scripting skills and technical know-how
- Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing various gameplay systems for PC and/or console
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to identify opportunities for clever solutions across different areas of a game
- Strong collaboration and communication skills (English, spoken and written)
Nice to have
- Experience with the Enfusion engine, or modding the DayZ/Arma series
