What You'll Accomplish

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, with a focus on Staff and Principal-level full stack product engineers in the AI space
• Partner deeply with engineering leadership to build effective hiring plans and deliver high-quality candidates
• Launch and execute outbound campaigns using proven sourcing strategies
• Build and scale talent brand initiatives to attract top-tier technical talent
• Track, measure, and improve pipeline health and candidate experience

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering (Staff+ level)
• Strong sourcing ability and network within top-tier engineering talent pools, especially in AI
• Experience working at high-growth startups or category leaders, with proven results
• Strategic and operational mindset — able to create systems, playbooks, and iterate quickly
• Comfortable being embedded with engineering and working cross-functionally
