Job Description

The Senior Treasurer at Playrix will manage financial flows, process automation, and work across multiple jurisdictions with major international banks. Responsibilities include administering daily banking and cash liquidity, coordinating payment processes and cash flow control using 1C P2P, participating in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The role also involves implementing and supporting group treasury activities, aligning the control environment, handling account openings, managing banking relationships, and participating in hedging strategies. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of post-qualified Treasury experience, strong 1C knowledge (1C: УХ or 1C: ERP), excellent analytical skills, and fluency in Russian and English.

Team, about the role

We are looking for an experienced Treasurer to manage financial flows and process automation. You will work across multiple jurisdictions and with major international banks, as well as have an impact on optimizing and developing the company’s financial operations. Tasks

administer the day-to-day banking and cash liquidity position;
coordination of payment processes and cash flow control and manage for all the Group Companies within 1C P2P tool;
participation in CF budgeting, forecasting and management reporting;
implement and support Group treasury activities including cash management, risk frameworks and liquidity management;
alignment of the control environment: internal controls development and implementation;
regular Group internal audit in treasury function;
handling accounts opening in new locations and updating banks on structural and organizational changes
participate in ERP automatisation ;
manage relationships with banking providers (implement new banking products and tools, manage with KYC requests);
maintain up to date treasury knowledge base;
review all Treasury process documentation on a timely basis, updating shared information and communicating as appropriate;
participation in hedging strategy support, review and implementation;
coordination of bank accounts support for the Group.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience in Treasury,
Experience in building treasury reports and frameworks,
Confident 1C knowledge (1C: УХ or 1C: ERP),
Excellent numeracy skills, analytical thinking,
Russian speaking,
English - upper-intermediate.

Excellent communicator with ability to solve problems, communicate and influence at all levels,
A team player with a flexible approach to work,
Warm, friendly and genuine.

Preferred

Work experience 3+ years in IT, FMCG, Big4, Consulting;
Professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ ACCA);
Experience in Bloomberg, Tableau, ANAPLAN.
