Job Description

Playrix seeks an experienced HR Generalist to maintain the stability and clarity of HR processes. Responsibilities include coordinating employee onboarding, managing the adaptation process (surveys, feedback, issue flagging), providing HR analytics (exit interviews, compensation reviews), ensuring timely performance evaluations, advising employees/managers on HR topics, preparing regular updates, supporting complex HR cases, and managing relocation processes. The role requires strong data/systems skills, independence, attention to detail, and experience supporting 100+ employees. Fluency in Russian and English is essential.

Team, about the role

We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to help ensure the stability and clarity of our HR processes. You’ll support key stages of the employee lifecycle, collaborate with managers, and help foster a friendly and supportive work environment.

Tasks

  • Coordinate onboarding for new employees: collect documents, manage the process, and host welcome meetings
  • Administer the adaptation process: run surveys, collect feedback, and flag potential issues
  • Provide HR analytics for your product team, including exit interview monitoring and supporting compensation review processes
  • Ensure timely execution of performance evaluations
  • Advise employees and managers on HR-related topics
  • Prepare regular status updates, team digests, and Q&A sessions
  • Support complex HR cases
  • Coordinate relocation processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations, ideally in a product or tech environment
  • Strong data and systems skills (working with spreadsheets, internal tools, etc.)
  • High level of independence, attention to detail, and structured approach to work
  • Understanding of HR metrics and their practical application
  • A service-oriented mindset and readiness to support operational processes
  • Experience supporting a headcount of 100+ employees
  • Fluent Russian and English at Intermediate level or higher
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend your point of view
