As a Senior Treasury Specialist, you will be responsible for building up the treasury function and managing day-to-day operations. This includes overseeing cash management across multiple entities and currencies, optimizing cash pooling structures, developing and maintaining cash flow forecasts, monitoring foreign currency exposures, ensuring proper access and controls across banking platforms, collaborating with internal departments to improve processes, and supporting treasury reporting and compliance. The role also involves liaising with external banking partners to maintain strong relationships and optimize services. The responsibilities include managing cash flow, monitoring currency risk, and handling bank relationships.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant treasury or finance experience
  • Experience with cash management and forecasting
  • Advanced analytical and communication skills

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Specialist to build up our treasury function and manage our day-to-day treasury operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing cash management activities, maintaining our cash pool, forecasting cash flows, monitoring currency risk, and managing banking access, opening/closing of bank accounts and bank relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Oversee cash positioning and liquidity across multiple entities and currencies.

  • Manage and optimize intercompany cash pooling structures.

  • Develop and maintain accurate short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.

  • Monitor foreign currency exposures and support hedging strategies to manage currency risk in the event it is considered necessary.

  • Ensure proper access and controls across all banking platforms and accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve treasury processes and cash visibility.

  • Support treasury reporting and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Liaise with external banking partners to maintain strong working relationships and optimize banking services.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of relevant treasury or finance experience in a corporate or financial institution setting.

  • Multinational experience with cash management, forecasting, and foreign exchange principles and know what good looks like.

  • Advanced analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a complex environment.
