What is this job all about?
We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join the Hunting Clash team, taking charge of the end-to-end creation of engaging and functional game experiences. What will you be doing?
Taking ownership in defining features’ users jobs and journeys;
Gathering and analysing data to define problems and build relevant solutions;
Experimenting with research techniques to enrich product discovery process;
Researching the market and benchmarking competitors to extract trends and key insights that could be applied to visual layer of the game;
Proposing solutions in artistic and aesthetic UI styles according to the game’s characteristics;
Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and artists to come up with relevant solutions;
Producing prototypes and flows for new features and quickly iterating on them based on collected feedback and data;
Conducting usability tests;
Optimizing interface in the game engine;
Producing and implementing UI assets in Unity;
Creating interface animations and special effects in Unity.
What are we looking for?
More than 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer;
At least 1 full release cycle on a free-to-play mobile game;
Experienced problem solver;
Knowledge of Unity, proficiency in preparing assets, prefabs, and UI animations;
Proficiency in Figma and any bitmap graphic software;
A portfolio with examples of user interfaces (best in mobile games and with case studies);
Good communication skills;
Fluent English.
Amaze us with:
Drawing / Digital Art skills;
Experience with simplifying/revamping game interface projects;
Your proven track record in UI improvements, particularly in simplifying and redesigning existing user experiences.
Portfolio requirements:
A portfolio with examples of interface prototypes (preferably interactive);
Samples of UI/UX work from previously completed commercial products/websites.
