Job Description
The Amazon Luna team is building a new cloud gaming product, offering an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment. This role is for a flexible, entrepreneurial Senior UX Designer who can translate business needs into customer-focused solutions. The designer will lead end-to-end UX for Luna projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new product features, while operating at all levels from strategic input to deep dives into details.
Must have:
- Lead the end-to-end UX Design for projects across Luna.
- Uncover customers needs and pain points through testing and research.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders.
- Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design.
- Analyze metrics post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts.
- Maintain design systems and guidelines for simple, consistent experiences across products and features.
- Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.
- Have fun in the process!
Good to have:
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows
- Experience designing TV interfaces and directional (D-pad) inputs
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, e-commerce, or marketplaces
