Job Description

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Epsilon, you will be instrumental in driving our AI-first transformation while ensuring our applications deliver outstanding and inclusive user experiences. You will work at the intersection of design, engineering, and automation, leveraging AI technologies to streamline UX QA processes and enhance accessibility across our digital products. Your responsibilities include championing AI-driven QA practices, automating design fidelity and accessibility verification, enforcing alignment to UI specifications with a focus on WCAG-compliant standards, identifying and documenting design-related bugs, conducting AI-assisted audits for accessibility and interaction issues, and collaborating with UX and Engineering teams to evolve intelligent QA workflows. You will also develop standard processes for AI-based accessibility validation tools and advocate for inclusive design principles throughout the product lifecycle, while maintaining and supervising design system components to ensure adherence to the latest standards, patterns, and accessibility requirements.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or HCI.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, SASS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with responsive, cross-browser development.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools for QA or accessibility.
  • Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
  • Strong attention to detail for design inconsistencies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, and Jira.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Champion AI driven QA practices by using emerging tools and frameworks to automate the verification of design fidelity and accessibility across Epsilon’s applications.
  • Use your blend of front-end and design expertise to enforce alignment to UI specifications with a strong focus on WCAG-compliant accessibility standards.
  • Identify and document design-related bugs, conducting AI-assisted audits to flag accessibility and interaction issues early in the development cycle.
  • Collaborate with UX and Engineering teams to evolve and implement intelligent QA workflows, supporting scalable and consistent testing methodologies.
  • Develop standard processes that integrate AI-based accessibility validation tools and advocate for inclusive design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Maintain and supervise our design system components to ensure they reflect the latest standards, patterns, and accessibility requirements.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI technologies, accessibility innovations, and user-centric testing practices to continuously improve product quality and inclusivity.

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring with you:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
    • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, SASS, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in responsive, cross-browser development.
    • Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular.
    • Familiarity with AI/ML-based tools for QA, accessibility scanning, or UI validation is a strong plus.
    • Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and hands-on experience applying them in product development.
    • Strong attention to detail and a critical mentality that thrives on catching design inconsistencies and accessibility gaps.
    • Excellent communicator who values multi-functional collaboration and thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment.
    • Experience using Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, and Jira in an Agile development workflow.

Base Salary: $80,250 - $133,750 

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
