Job Description

The Senior Workday Reporting Analyst will be an expert in Workday Reporting & Analytics, responsible for creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards. This role involves leading complex projects, mapping data, utilizing EIBs for data loading, and ensuring data quality. The analyst will also provide Level 3 HR issue resolution in Service Now and partner with HR to drive execution of new functionalities. A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, the analyst will work in a hybrid model, requiring at least 3 years of Workday Composite Reporting experience.
Must have:
  • Expert in Workday Reporting & Analytics
  • Create, design, and maintain custom reports (e.g., matrix, composite, trending) and dashboards
  • Map data, create and use EIBs to load data into Workday
  • Lead in data validation to ensure data quality
  • Provide Level 3 expertise for HR issue resolution in Service Now
  • Work in partnership with HR to listen for requirements, coach to success, and drive to execution
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related human resources experience
  • At least 3 years' experience in Workday Composite Reporting
  • Ability to work on site at least 6 days/month

Who You Are and What Will You Do?

  • Expert in Workday Reporting & Analytics
  • Self-Starter who solves challenges with end-to-end, holistic, sustainable solutions
  • Leads complex projects or tasks that require a high degree of judgement, resourcefulness, and self-initiative.
  • Creates, designs and maintains custom reports (e.g. matrix, composite, trending) and dashboards as requested by functional users.
  • Experience in Time Tracking & Absence configuration and Reporting preferred.
  • Maps data, creates and uses EIBs to load data into Workday, and leads in data validation to ensure data quality.
  • Works on special projects (e.g. reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, system conversions or divestitures).
  • Provides Level 3 expertise for HR issue resolution in Service Now
  • May design and facilitate HR training for new functionality, new releases, etc.
  • Works in partnership with HR to listen for requirements, coach to success, and drive to execution.

What You Will Bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related human resources experience.
  • Must have at least 3 years' experience in Workday Composite Reporting.
  • Ideal candidate will have Workday Pro certification for Reporting.
  • Comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast paced and evolving environment.
  • Effective communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Must be able to work on site at least 6 days/month.

MA: Salary range for the position: 110,000 USD to 120,000 USD.

MN: Salary range for the position: 110,000 USD to 120,000 USD.

CT: Salary range for the position: 110,000 USD to 120,000 USD.
