The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, creative Copywriter & Content Coordinator to support the growth of an international real estate platform through compelling, SEO-driven content. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality written content, managing and updating global property listings, and ensuring all digital assets are engaging and accurate. You’ll play a key role in shaping the brand’s voice across markets—writing for visibility, clarity, and conversion as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish SEO-optimized content that supports organic growth and reflects the tone and voice of the brand
  

• Regularly update and maintain international real estate listings, ensuring that all property information, photos, and descriptions are accurate and compelling
  

• Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and operations) to gather information, verify listing accuracy, and improve listing performance
  

• Assist in uploading content across CMS or listing platforms, maintaining a high standard of formatting and metadata tagging
  

• Conduct keyword research and basic competitive analysis to support content strategy and listing optimization
  

• Monitor and report on listing performance, identifying opportunities for improvements or updates
  

• Help standardize and improve operational processes related to listing workflows and content updates
  

Requirements

• Excellent command of written and spoken English; able to write clearly and professionally for a global audience
  

• Previous experience managing website content or product listings on CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
  

• Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and content best practices
  

• Extremely detail-oriented and structured, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through
  

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently in a fully remote environment
  

• Fast learner who is adaptable and eager to take ownership of assigned content and workflows
  

• Immediate availability and full-time commitment required
