The Role
As a PR Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the brand’s next phase of growth — blending creativity, strategy, and flawless execution. You’ll craft and execute marketing campaigns that turn heads, drive conversation, and build deep brand love. From curating high-impact events and brand activations to spearheading social media storytelling and PR outreach, you’ll shape how León y Sol connects with consumers, press, and partners alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and PR strategies that build brand awareness, affinity, and demand
- Lead unforgettable brand activations, events, and partnerships that generate buzz and emotional connection
- Manage social and digital marketing campaigns that amplify the brand’s story and engage a passionate community
- Build and maintain strong media relationships, securing coverage and collaborations that elevate the brand’s profile
- Partner with sales to create market-specific campaigns that drive growth and visibility in key regions
- Oversee creative asset production, ensuring consistent brand identity across all channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Track and report on campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize impact
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5+ years of experience in PR, marketing, or brand management, ideally within beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle industries
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate measurable impact
- Strong storytelling instincts and experience crafting narratives that resonate across PR and digital platforms
- Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy
- Excellent event management and partnership-building skills
- Analytical mindset with creative flair — comfortable blending data-driven insights with artistic vision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
