Talent Experience Specialist
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and people-driven Talent Experience Specialist to help us create meaningful and engaging experiences for our global team. This is not a traditional HR admin role — it’s about building connections, fostering growth, and making sure our talents feel supported, heard, and inspired throughout their journey with us.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for our talents, ensuring they have everything they need to thrive — from smooth onboarding and ongoing development opportunities to regular feedback loops and recognition initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings high energy, empathy, and creativity, along with a strong understanding of people operations and engagement strategies in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Experience & Engagement
- Own the end-to-end employee journey — from onboarding to offboarding — ensuring every stage is engaging, smooth, and impactful.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talents, acting as their main touchpoint for support and feedback.
- Design and run employee engagement initiatives to boost motivation, connection, and retention.
- Gather and analyze feedback from both talents and clients to continuously improve our experience and culture.
- Partner with leadership to design recognition programs, team rituals, and communication practices that promote belonging and growth.
Talent Development
- Identify growth and development opportunities for talents through feedback, performance reviews, and regular check-ins.
- Support managers in creating individual growth paths and learning initiatives.
- Coordinate light learning & development efforts (e.g., workshops, internal sessions, mentorship opportunities).
People Operations (Light Touch)
- Collaborate with the HR & Admin team to ensure smooth processes (onboarding, offboarding, benefits, documentation).
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure a seamless handover with the HR Admin (Lauren) when needed.
- Track key people metrics (engagement, retention, satisfaction) and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, Employee Experience, or similar roles focused on engagement, culture, and development.
- Proven track record building employee engagement or development programs — not just running HR admin processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — empathetic, proactive, and relationship-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and international environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience running feedback or engagement surveys.
- Exposure to HRIS tools (Rippling, BambooHR, etc.).
- Experience in coaching, internal communications, or learning & development.
What We Offer
- A chance to shape the talent experience at one of the fastest-growing remote talent companies.
- The opportunity to work closely with global tech and AI companies.
- Room to innovate and bring your own ideas to life — we value creativity and ownership.
- A supportive, international team that prioritizes learning, growth, and genuine connection.
