Job Description

As a Service Quality Engineer, you will be the primary contact for service quality, ensuring key quality processes comply with industry standards. Your role involves analyzing service metrics, preparing detailed reports, and leading continuous improvement projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet patient safety and quality requirements for CT products, provide quality inputs for NPI and LCM projects, and assure field work instructions are adequate and compliant.

Must Have:
  • Collaborate with cross functional business and quality groups to ensure patient safety and quality requirements are met in all CT products
  • Review and provide quality inputs for service deliverables in NPI projects and LCM sustain projects
  • Perform as an expert on quality of service process deliverables and assure all deliverables are compliance
  • Analyzes service and markets metrics and performance indicators, preparing detailed reports that highlight trends, deviations, and areas for improvement
  • Assure filed work instructions are adequate and compliant
  • Lead cross functional projects and collaborate with markets quality and service functions to create continuance improvement
  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in a relevant field – industrial eng. quality assurance , etc.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering in a highly regulated environments/industries such as Medical Device, Pharma, Automotive
  • Experience in change management process, service and post market activities
  • Fluency in English
  • Work in global environment
  • High analytic capabilities including performance of data analysis

  • Fluency in English

*This position isn't open for relocation.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
