Job Description

The PCL tools coordinator will develop system process flows, acting as a liaison between business operations and tool development teams. This role involves understanding HP technology, designing technical solutions, and leading integration activities. Key responsibilities include identifying process efficiencies, streamlining operations, and applying software development principles. The coordinator will work with Service Now and Microsoft Dynamics, translate client requirements into user stories, collaborate on CSI efforts, manage defect reporting, and handle story sprints to ensure new functionality is tested and approved. Experience in process re-engineering and PC Lifecycle processes is beneficial.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge on PC Lifecycle processes involving End to End Service Request Management & Fleet Management including procuring PCs, asset monitoring, updates, disposition.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification.
Must Have:
  • Develop system process flows and act as a conduit between business operations team and Tools development teams.
  • Understand a broad spectrum of HP technology to provide detailed technical design and technical leadership on specific integration activities.
  • Provide planning and design support for asset / fleet management and refurbishment services for the development of solution architectures.
  • Work closely with varied stakeholders to identify areas of efficiency, streamline processes and design optimal operational flows.
  • Independently identify solutions to common and complex issues within a project, by applying Software development principles and methodologies.
  • Possess a good understanding of Service management tools like Service Now Tool Architecture and Microsoft Dynamics (CDAX).
  • Work closely with Clients to understand their business requirements and translate them to user stories for HPNOW development and support team.
  • Collaborate with delivery operations on CSI efforts by addressing process Gaps, implement process improvements, and eliminate waste from the system.
  • Report defects in tool functionality failures and work closely with Dev team until the fix is moved.
  • Handle Story sprints and ensure the new functionality is tested thoroughly and approve for code movement.
  • Be able to map process flows during new Services introductions and process re-engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience for process re-engineering.
  • High level understandings of System Integrations, API & SaaS App Architecture.

  • Provides planning and design support for asset / fleet management and refurbishment services for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment.
  • Work closely with varied stakeholders to identify areas of efficiency, streamline processes and design optimal operational flows
