Tesla is seeking a Service Advisor in Heilbronn, Germany to join their growing Service Center team. Responsibilities include managing daily workflows, overseeing service center operations, controlling warranty costs, maintaining workshop and vehicle upkeep, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the Service Manager and team. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, digitally savvy, a strong communicator (fluent in German and good English), a team player, and flexible to work shifts (including weekends and evenings) within a 5-day work week. Experience with electric vehicles is a plus but not mandatory.
