The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform for Daimler, focusing on modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Service Request Management, Integrations, Customer Service Management, and Service Portal. The role involves working in an agile environment, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, and implementing features for customer portals. The developer will also be expected to develop custom applications, configure ITOM/ITBM modules, and handle ServiceNow customizations including server and client scripts, UI actions, and data import. The developer should have experience with integrations to external tools and solve complex business problems.
Good To Have:- Knowledge of AI search / predictive intelligence GenAI features.
- Experience in ServiceNow HRSD development.
- Any Certifications in ServiceNow.
