Job Summary

Unisys is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 3-5 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain solutions across the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server integrations. Responsibilities include implementing and supporting modules like ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge, ensuring end-to-end solution delivery, code reviews, and maintaining documentation. Candidates must have strong expertise in IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and ITIL processes.

Must Have

  • Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform, focusing on integrations with third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, scripted web services, and MID Server integrations.
  • Implement and support ServiceNow modules like ITSM / ITOM / SecOps / IRM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, or custom applications.
  • Work on end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery, including architecture, design, development, and testing.
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in ServiceNow development.
  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong expertise in working on any of modules like ITSM / ITOM / SecOps / IRM.
  • Strong expertise in IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and scripted integrations.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Good to Have

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Application Developer.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, GlideScript, and modern web technologies.
  • Experience in integrating with platforms like Azure AD, Workday, SAP, or other enterprise tools.
