The ServiceNow Program Manager will lead the client's ServiceNow strategy and transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include leading ServiceNow initiatives, managing a project management matrix organization, thriving in a fast-paced environment, communicating a vision across IT and the business, contributing to the ServiceNow strategy and roadmap, and driving the full program lifecycle. The role also involves anticipating resistance to change, tracking progress and ROI, and facilitating workshops. They will also act as a change evangelist by coaching leaders and project managers to lead by example and drive transformation from the top. The successful candidate will present to high level execs, manage risks, timelines, budgets, and resources.
