Job Description

Mindtickle is seeking a Services Solutions Consultant for an EMEA Shift role. The primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by identifying and articulating service requirements to potential customers during the sales process. This involves partnering with Account Executives, positioning and selling service offerings, and helping customers maximize the potential of Mindtickle's sales enablement solutions. Key activities include developing tailored presentations, understanding customer business needs, collaborating with internal teams on custom solutions, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and supporting service agreement negotiations. The role requires staying updated on product offerings, conducting competitive analysis, and providing feedback to product and services teams.
Must have:
  • 6+ years in consulting, sales, or pre-sales
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software/SaaS
  • Proven track record of presenting to executives
  • Familiarity with sales processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Solid understanding of services delivery models
  • Support prospects in UK/Eastern USA time zones

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Services Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving revenue growth by identifying and articulating service requirements to potential customers throughout the sales process. Partnering closely with Account Executives (AEs), you’ll position and sell our service offerings, helping customers unlock the full potential of our sales enablement solutions.

What’s in it for you?
  • Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to identify and assess customer service requirements during the sales cycle.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to articulate the value of Services offerings.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and align services solutions to address those needs effectively.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to design and scope custom service solutions.
  • Stay updated on service offerings and their integration with our products to ensure accurate and impactful positioning.
  • Respond to RFI/RFP documents with a focus on services components.
  • Support AEs in negotiating service agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with both customer goals and company objectives.
  • Build expertise, understanding and stay up to date on the Mindtickle Product Portfolio. 
  • Conduct competitive analysis to highlight differentiators in service offerings versus competitors.
  • Gather insights from client interactions to refine service packages and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide feedback to product and services teams to ensure our offerings align with market demands and customer expectations.
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
  • Have 6+ years of experience in consulting, sales, pre-sales, or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Possess a strong understanding of enterprise software and SaaS solutions.
  • Have a proven track record of presenting and delivering solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Are familiar with sales processes and methodologies, especially in high-tech environments.
  • Can effectively manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
  • Excel in both written and verbal communication.
  • Have a solid understanding of services delivery models.
  • Are able to support prospects and customers in the UK and Eastern USA time zones.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales enablement or a related domain.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing technology ecosystems.
  • A track record of driving customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals.
