We are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead and grow the integrations ecosystem and contribute to the overall product strategy for revenue teams. This role focuses on driving product growth, customer value, and retention by delivering seamless experiences that boost sales and revenue team productivity. The ideal candidate will bring strong product leadership, strategic thinking, and knowledge of emerging integration technologies to shape our platform vision.
Good To Have:
  • In-depth knowledge of Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or a similar analytical tool
  • Prior experience with SaaS companies
Must Have:
  • Own product strategy, positioning, roadmap, and execution of products
  • Work closely with product marketing to evaluate market trends and align strategy
  • Discover top needs of the persona, problems faced by current customers, prioritize them, and translate into user stories
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA for timely delivery and high-quality execution
  • Help Sales Enablement, Pre-sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams stay up-to-date
  • Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to define quarterly goals, key success metrics, and report progress
  • Manage or help in product promotions and product launches
  • Understand market direction, competitive landscape, and customer needs to build Product Strategy and Roadmap
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives on product success and ensure business viability
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and leverage technologies
  • 8+ years of work experience, with at least 6+ years as a product manager
  • Passion to drive things end-to-end from ideation to final packaging and deployment
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate uncertainty and ambiguity into clear, crisp plans
  • Exceptionally astute at identifying user pain-points and needs, connecting the dots, and coming up with strategic solutions
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
  • First principles thinking and the ability to prioritize ruthlessly
  • Attention to detail and a fine design sense
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a frenetic and dynamic environment

Mindtickle is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead and grow the integrations ecosystem of our platform, while also contributing to the overall product strategy for revenue teams. You’ll bring strong product leadership and strategic thinking, using your knowledge of emerging technologies in the integrations space to help shape our broader platform vision.

We’re seeking someone energetic, inspiring, and passionate about building world-class, well-integrated products. You’ll work closely with customers, marketers, sales teams, engineers, and designers to deeply understand market needs and deliver standout solutions. You’ll be responsible for enhancing customer and partner experiences while collaborating across product streams to keep Mindtickle ahead of the curve.

What's in it for you:

  • Own product strategy, positioning, roadmap, and execution of products in the Mindtickle platform.
  • Work closely with the product marketing team to evaluate market trends and align the product strategy with the go-to-market strategy.

  • Manage or help in product promotions and product launches along with the Product Marketing team
  • Understand market direction, competitive landscape, and customer needs to build the Product Strategy and Product Roadmap.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives on product success and ensure the business viability of products being built.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and leverage the latest technologies to build seamless product experiences.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • 8+ years of work experience, with at least 6+ years of experience working as a product manager.
  • Passion to drive things end-to-end from ideation to final packaging and deployment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate uncertainty and ambiguity into clear, crisp plans. Ability to effortlessly communicate with a global audience.
  • Exceptionally astute at identifying user pain-points and needs, connecting the dots, and coming up with strategic solutions. Highly creative individual with a strong desire to innovate.
  • Metric-driven. In-depth knowledge of Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or a similar analytical tool for keeping track of product success metrics would be preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across product, engineering, design, and business teams.
  • First principles thinking and the ability to prioritize ruthlessly.
  • Attention to detail and a fine design sense.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a frenetic and dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience with SaaS companies is preferred
