SharePoint & Power Platform Dev - R01554163

This Lead Engineer role focuses on SharePoint & Power Platform development in Guadalajara, Mexico. The position requires over 8 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Dataverse. Responsibilities include designing dashboards with Power BI, implementing responsive Power Apps, providing technical solutions, and automating complex processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, working within Agile Scrum and SDLC methodologies.

Must Have

• 8+ years of strong hands-on experience development in SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
• Experience in Designing Dashboards & Analytical Reports using Power BI
• Implement device responsive Power Apps – Canvas and List forms
• Provide end to end Technical solutions / approaches and consulting to customer
• Must have good hands-on experience with Dataverse and building Model Driven Apps
• Experience in automating complex processes - data transformations, email notifications and approval scenarios using Power Automate
• Use multiple OOTB Connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate, and preferably knowing their capabilities and limitations.
• Must have experienced in Agile Scrum & SDLC methodologies
• Co-ordinate with remote teams / stakeholders at different time zones
• Great communication skills, problem-solving skills, Quick learnability and agility in execution

Good to Have

• Experience in building interactive dashboards using Power BI
• Implement custom solutions in Modern SharePoint using Client-Side Object Model, JSOM, REST API, Bootstrap, Fluent UI / Office UI fabric
• SPFx ReactJS framework
