Trackman Indoor Golf seeks a detail-oriented Sim Operations Logistics Coordinator to manage simulator operations shipments (freight, UPS, radars, etc.), oversee returned component ownership and reconciliation, coordinate shipments based on installation timelines, act as the primary contact for shipping-related calls, fulfill revisit and customer purchase orders, collaborate with the Warehouse Manager, track shipment status, maintain records of held freight materials, and schedule deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 1+ years in the golf industry, 2+ years in customer service, and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities involve ensuring a world-class indoor golfing environment for residential, commercial, and green grass facilities.

Trackman Indoor Golf is looking for a detail-orientated, hard-working candidate that will play an integral role in bringing our client's a world-class indoor golfing environment. Be a part of a team that designs, plans, and creates an indoor golfing environment for residential, commercial, and green grass facilities that are driven by the industry-leading launch monitor – the Trackman 4 with dual radar technology.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage all simulator operations shipments (freight, UPS, radars, etc.).
  • Oversee returned simulator component ownership and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate shipments based on installation timeline.
  • Act as the primary contact for all incoming shipping-related calls.
  • Fulfill revisit and customer purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager shipment projects and initiatives.
  • Track bullpen shipment status to confirm Trackman responsibilities are met.
  • Maintain records of held freight materials and replacement roll inventory, scheduling deliveries as needed.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ year working in the golf industry
  • 2+ years working in customer service
  • Have and maintain a valid drivers license
