We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer in our Fintech Platform Operations organization, responsible for ensuring the highest customer satisfaction possible for services delivered to our Cloud customers. As a senior member of the team covering Tier2 and Tier3 operational activities and collaborating with other members of the Platform Operations team distributed worldwide, you will ensure contractual SLAs are met, efficient standard methodologies are built and adhered to, knowledge within the team is maintained and up to date, partner concerns are given the right level of attention, and operations staff are provided with optimal environments to perform their work. You will need to think strategically about the overall business, review end-to-end processes and contribute to defining groundbreaking projects that will continue and expand its role as a best-in-class managed services, collaborating and working multi-functionally with teams across Nasdaq FinTech division including R&D, security, product support, and customer delivery.
