Job Description
As a Workday recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead and assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to meet business process design and application requirements. You will work closely with the team to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include being an SME, collaborating with and managing the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, providing solutions, assisting in the design of software configuration and customization, implementing the configuration management plan, and supporting the team in meeting business process design and application requirements.
